YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER
We process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours. For this reason, you have 24 hours after the passage of your order to send us an e-mail cancellation or modification to the email: email@example.com
Our average delivery time is 25 to 45 working days.
If you do not receive your item within 60 days then we will make a full refund.
YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ARTICLE BUT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
No worries! You can return your item up to 14 days after receipt of the product.
If 14 days have gone by since you received the items, unfortunately, BestOfAvenue cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
BestOfAvenue also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Any international or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will NOT be refunded. We recommend that you ship your returned products to us via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside France are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.
Here's how to do it in 2 steps :
1. Contact support at contact@bestofavenue to inform us of your return.
2. Send your article to the address we will send you by e-mail.
After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will refund the total amount of your purchase in the form of a purchase order. (If you want another form of refund, thank you to specify it).
Warning! The costs of returns (shipments) are your responsibility.
Warning! All return items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name and reason for return inside the return package.
YOUR PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
It can happen that your parcel is shaken during the delivery and so that it arrives deteriorated ... (This remains extremely rare).
If this is the case or if you notice a design defect, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following details :
1. Your order number
2. The description of the problem (erroneous/defective article, ...)
3. A photo or a video
Therefore you will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly as a purchase order. (If you want another form of refund, thank you to specify it).
